SUMMARYWe are seeking a Senior Clinical Trials Feasibility Data Scientist with strong expertise in clinical analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven workflows.In this role, you will design and deliver intelligent analytics solutions that enhance clinical trial feasibility and site selection, helping global teams plan smarter, faster, and more accurately.You will blend deep clinical trial operations knowledge with cutting-edge AI to build predictive models, automated agents, and next-generation decision-support tools.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop data-driven feasibility and site-selection analytics to support clinical trial planningDesign and implement AI-powered solutions, including intelligent agents and automated workflowsBuild and deploy predictive models and decision-support tools for feasibility assessmentsPartner closely with clinical operations, feasibility teams, and global stakeholdersBuild data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytical models using modern frameworksDevelop and implement AI/ML models to improve feasibility accuracy and site selection efficiencyContribute to the optimization of scalable clinical trial analytics platformsEnsure alignment with timelines and cross-functional project deliverables QUALIFICATIONS5+ years in clinical trial operations analytics, including feasibility & site selectionStrong hands-on experience with Python and SQLProven experience building AI/ML models and analytics frameworksExperience developing AI agents or automated data science workflowsExperience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment supporting feasibility analyticsStrong ability to build predictive models for clinical decision-makingExcellent communication skills and proven stakeholder collaborationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, or multi-agent systemsWorkflow automation and intelligent agent frameworksExperience with cloud platforms and containerized deploymentsKnowledge of modern scalable analytics platforms and data infrastructureDURATIONContract – 6 Months (Potential to Extend)SALARYAttractive hourly rateLOCATIONRemote (Anywhere in India)ABOUT PLANET PHARMAPlanet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its headquarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
