Join a community of over 379,000 professionals building the future across 200+ countries.Experience Level: 15–20 YearsLocation: Kalwa – Thane(Customer Service Projects and Service Function related Procurement)• The incumbent will be responsible for planning and directing procurement of materials and services and their movement through the End-to-End Supply Chain to satisfy financial, quality, and on-time delivery requirements.• Ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant processes along the entire value chain as well as export control and customs compliance requirements.• Analyze, derive, and implement procurement strategies, manage supplier negotiations, and handle awarding and conclusion of procurement contracts.• Manage, plan, operate and control Supply Chain / Logistics processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return) across the value chain – within and across companies – for customer order fulfillment and continuous performance and cost improvement.QualificationsEngineering degree preferred: Electrical / Electronics / Power.Knowledge in Compact substation (CSS), PSS (Packaged Substation), MV switchgear, substations, or CS procurement.Experience with SAP / ERP and procurement analytics.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.We’re Siemens.
