Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) SpecialistLocation: Remote (1-2 visit to office for Pune, Hyderabad & Bengaluru Location)Experience: 5–8 YearsEmployment Type: 3 Months ContractRole OverviewWe are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) Specialist to support the design, configuration, and optimization of customer data capabilities within the Salesforce marketing ecosystem. The role focuses on data modeling, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and customer data activation to enable data-driven marketing campaigns and personalization. The specialist will collaborate closely with teams working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), and Salesforce CRM.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud data models, data streams, and unified customer profiles.Implement identity resolution rules, attribute mappings, and data ingestion pipelines.Build and maintain Calculated Insights to support marketing metrics, engagement scores, and segmentation.Design and configure audience segmentation frameworks and activate audiences to MCAE and MCP.Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across marketing datasets.Troubleshoot data synchronization, segmentation issues, and audience activation workflows.Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to improve data activation strategies and campaign targeting.Required SkillsHands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) including data streams, identity resolution, and segmentation.Experience configuring Calculated Insights, unified profiles, and data models.Knowledge of audience activation for marketing platforms such as MCAE (Pardot / Account Engagement).Strong understanding of customer data modeling, segmentation logic, and data quality management.Good analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Preferred CertificationsSalesforce Data Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement SpecialistSalesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / ConsultantIf interested, please share your resume on
