The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of mainframe systems, processing components, billing/reporting processes, and application interactions, along with the ability to work closely with technical teams, finance, procurement, and IT leadership.Key Responsibilities Analyze and report onz Platform / Mainframeoperational and financial data. Supportfinancial chargeback reporting , validation, and submission processes. Work closely withz System Technical teams, Storage teams, Application teams, Finance, Procurement, and IT Leadership . SupportSCRT processing/reportingand identify anomalies before submission. InterpretIBM / Broadcom / CA / BMC billing reportsand related processes. Provide reporting support usingSMF data, storage data, and system/application data . Supportz Platform dashboards , centralized reporting, and technical data analysis. Assist inAPI development, Db2 data analysis, Endevor support, and decommissioning reports . UseAI tools and M365 Copilotto improve analysis, reporting, and communication.Required Skills Strong expertise inz Platform / Mainframeenvironments Experience withTADz, Mainframe SAS, VB, Java, Db2, SCRT Processing/Reporting, JCL, TSO, OPC/TWS, Microsoft Access Good understanding ofSMF data, DASD, LPAR, CICS, Db2 internals, RACF, and chargeback reporting Knowledge ofIBM / Broadcom / CA / BMC billing processes Experience in application maintenanceand x86 server support is a plus Strong analytical, reporting, and cross-functional communication skillsPreferred Candidate Profile 6–8 years of relevant experience inmainframe analysis, reporting, or z Platform support Ability to translate technical data intofinancial and business insights Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate and manage reporting data accurately Quick learner with the ability to grow into anSME-level role
