Just an endless will to learn and a never-say-die attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesVolumes & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsDrive secondary sales from retailers and chemistsExpand reach across Trade ChannelsTrade Marketing & Visibility Plan and execute In-shop branding (posters, danglers, shelf strips)Chemist schemes & retailer incentivesEnsure planogram compliance at retail levelField Force ManagementLead, train, and motivate OTC sales teamSet beat plans, targets, and productivity normsConduct joint field work and performance reviewsBrand Building & Consumer ActivationWork closely with marketing team on: Brand campaigns /Consumer awareness drives/ Sampling & activation programsEnsure consistent brand messaging at point of saleMarket Intelligence & Competition TrackingTrack competitor brands, pricing, schemes, and claimsCapture chemist & consumer feedbackShare actionable insights with marketing & managementCompliance & SOP AdherenceEnsure all promotions follow drug & advertising regulationsMaintain ethical trade practicesFollow internal SOPs and reporting systemsMarket Intelligence & Competition TrackingTrack competitor brands, pricing, schemes, and claimsCapture chemist & consumer feedbackShare actionable insights with marketing & managementKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales target achievement (%)Outlet coverage & expansion Stock availability & stock rotationVisibility score at retailTeam productivityNote**We are specifically looking for senior leaders who have worked with organizations such as Dabur, Emami, and P&G, with hands-on leadership experience managing brands like Volini, Revital, Crocin, and Saridon.**
