Hiring: Accounts Manager – Premium Cloud Kitchen (Kolkata) Location: Kolkata Organization: Papa’s Passion – State-of-the-Art 5★ Quality Kitchen We are building one of India’s most hygienic and professionally managed premium cloud kitchens, focused on authentic Indian cuisine, export-quality hygiene standards, and technology-driven operations. To strengthen our finance and inventory control systems, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Manager who understands both accounting and food operations management systems. Key Responsibilities • Managing day-to-day accounting operations • Handling raw material purchase accounting and vendor entries • Batch-wise inventory and costing management • Monitoring food costing and recipe costing through the system • Ensuring accurate stock reconciliation of raw materials and finished food items • Working with PetPooja app or similar restaurant ERP systems • Preparing financial reports, purchase summaries and cost analysis • Coordinating with procurement, kitchen, and management teams • Ensuring proper documentation and financial discipline across departments Eligibility Criteria • Strong knowledge of Accounting Software (Tally / Zoho / Busy / similar) • Experience in PetPooja app or restaurant management software preferred • Understanding of inventory control, raw material accounting, and food costing • Experience in batch-wise entries and stock tracking • Good analytical and organizational skills • Prior experience in restaurant, cloud kitchen, or food business accounting will be an advantage What We Offer • Opportunity to work in a State-of-the-Art 5★ Quality Kitchen environment • A fast-growing premium food brand with strong operational systems • Direct involvement in building structured financial and costing systems
