The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the F&B team, ensuring high-quality service, optimising operations, and maintaining excellent guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the F&B department, including restaurants, bars, and room service. - Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure efficient and courteous service. - Plan and coordinate menus in collaboration with the kitchen team. - Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. - Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction. - Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and departmental performance. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.Requirements:- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in F&B management in hotels or hospitality establishments. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to relocate to Badrinath and stay in company-provided accommodation.What We Offer:- Competitive salary of ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month based on experience - Accommodation and meals provided - Supportive and professional work environment - Opportunity to grow and develop in a reputed hospitality setup
