Minimum Qualifications LLB from a reputed university with a good academic record. 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm, chambers of a Senior Advocate, or chambers of an independent counsel. Prior exposure to arbitration and/or civil original side work Excellent written and spoken English. Application Prerequisites Cover letter explaining interest in arbitration and commercial disputes. Updated CV A brief description of key professional assignments handled in the recent past, highlighting the candidate’s specific role and responsibilities. Title (Associate) Advocate Location Delhi (Full-time; On-site) Role Description Legal research and preparation of briefs and case notes. Drafting pleadings for arbitral tribunals, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India. Supervising filing, listing, and procedural aspects of matters before courts and tribunals. Assisting and, where appropriate, advancing arguments before arbitral tribunals and courts. Taking ownership of matters on an end-to-end basis Financial Consideration Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
