We’re Hiring | AGM / DGM / GM – Pellet Plant Operations | Shyam Metalics Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited is looking for an experienced Pellet Plant Operations Leader to join our Jamuria Integrated Steel Plant and drive operational excellence across our pellet complex. Location: Jamuria, West Bengal Experience: 15–22 Years Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Metallurgy / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering Plant Overview: Pellet Complex with 3 Pellet Plants (Total Capacity: 2.6 MTPA) - Pellet Plant 1 – 0.8 MTPA - Pellet Plant 2 – 0.8 MTPA - Pellet Plant 3 – 1.0 MTPA The facility includes Beneficiation Plant, PGP, 3 Kilns, 3 Coolers and 3 TGs , forming a critical part of the integrated steel value chain. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end pellet plant operations across all units to achieve production and quality targets Manage beneficiation, pelletizing, kiln and cooler operations efficiently Drive process optimization, fuel efficiency and productivity improvements Monitor operational KPIs, pellet quality and plant performance Coordinate with maintenance, raw material and logistics teams for uninterrupted production Strengthen safety culture, environmental compliance and operational discipline Lead large teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives We are looking for professionals with strong exposure to kiln-based pellet plants, beneficiation processes and large-scale pellet operations .
