Primary Role: The IVF Products Application Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, training, and expertise on IVF products and technologies. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals, including embryologists and reproductive endocrinologists, to ensure the optimal use of IVF products and to support the successful implementation of these technologies in clinical settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for IVF product applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance and functionality. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues on time. Supporting installations and upgrading systems in the field will be considered an added skill. Collect and convey application information through interactions with customers, and provide detailed feedback to the product management and development teams. Generate and analyze reports related to application performance, usage, and outcomes to inform decision-making and improve services. Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on the use of IVF products and best practices. Ensure that all product-related activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Coordinating Customer Engagement programs. Qualification and Experience Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Clinical Embryology, Electronics & Instrumentation, etc. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the IVF or assisted reproductive technology (ART) field with IVF equipment and knowledge of its functionalities Strong understanding of data management and database systems. Strong understanding of IVF Procedures, technologies, and laboratory practices. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to IVF products and equipment. Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. Interpersonal skills, good communication, and effective Presentation skills.
