Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive for health Products located in Greater NOIDA(U.P), India. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients over the phone, building relationships, providing product information, addressing customer queries, and converting leads into successful sales. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Lead Generation and converting leads into sales Experience in Customer Support, including handling client inquiries and resolving issues effectively Proven capability in Sales, with a results-driven approach Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships Bachelor's degree in science preferably in Botany, zoology, Life sciences Prior experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is an advantage Familiarity with the nutritional supplement or health industry is a plus
