Job Description Campaign Strategy & Execution (Blinkit & Amazon Focus): Design, launch, and manage promotional campaigns (e.g., flash sales, coupons, visibility boosters) on platforms likeĀ  Blinkit, Amazon , and others as needed. Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve maximum ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales volume, conversion rate, and Average Order Value (AOV). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability across all channels. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance daily, generating detailed reports on effectiveness and ROI. Utilize platform-specific analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements (e.g., visuals, pricing, copy) to continuously improve results. Brand Building & Visibility: Develop and implement strategies to improve our brand's organic visibility, search ranking, and digital shelf presence on e-commerce platforms. Oversee the management of brand stores, product listings (content, images, A+ content), ensuring they are optimized for performance and reflect brand guidelines. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for strategic advantage. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for platform account managers (e.g., Blinkit/Amazon teams) for campaign-related discussions and new initiatives.
