Title: Warehouse Incharge Location: Durgapur Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility in Durgapur. This role is critical to ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, and seamless coordination across procurement, sales, and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will lead a warehouse team, maintain compliance with safety and operational standards, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse performance. Your leadership and organizational skills will directly impact supply chain efficiency and overall production readiness. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and timely processing of materials Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records using ERP systems and manual tracking Monitor and manage all inward and outward material movements with accuracy Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of goods in compliance with safety and quality standards Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and foster a productive and safe work environment Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory activities with business needs Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification to ensure inventory accuracy Prepare and maintain essential documentation including GRNs, delivery challans, and stock reports Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping within the warehouse premises Requirements Graduate (Supply Chain or related field preferred) 7–8 years of hands-on warehouse management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP systems for inventory tracking Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency Benefits Other details regarding job Relevant Experience -  7 years of hands-on warehouse management experience in a manufacturing industry Industry - Manufacturing Qualification - Graduate (Supply Chain or related field preferred) Location - Durgapur Notice period - Immediate to 30 days Salary - Upto 7LPA
