Title:  Warehouse Executive Location: Durgapur Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our manufacturing operations in Durgapur. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the supply chain, from receipt and storage to dispatch and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and safety within the warehouse environment. By overseeing inventory control, coordinating logistics, and supporting audits, the Warehouse Executive helps ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards across all operations. Responsibilities: Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against documentation. Ensure proper storage, stacking, and organization of goods in compliance with safety and space optimization standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records using ERP or inventory management systems. Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes. Conduct regular stock counts and support internal and external audit processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external transporters to ensure timely and accurate material dispatch. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory methods as applicable. Immediately report any damaged, expired, or short-quantity materials to the relevant authority. Promote and uphold cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse. Requirements Graduate (Supply Chain or related field preferred). 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP systems for inventory tracking. Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
