Role Description We are looking for a driven, outcome-focused Salesforce Architect / Delivery Lead to join our team in Puducherry, India. This is a hybrid, full-time role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, works collaboratively, and is passionate about building high-quality Salesforce solutions that deliver real business value. This role combines solution architecture, delivery leadership, and client engagement. You will be responsible for shaping end-to-end Salesforce solutions, guiding teams through implementation, and ensuring projects are delivered with quality, scalability, and business alignment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive successful outcomes across multiple engagements. The ideal candidate is someone who is curious, continuously learning, and comfortable operating across architecture, delivery, data, integrations, and DevOps. You should have experience designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions and leading teams through complex delivery programs. Key Responsibilities - Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across complex business environments - Translate business goals and requirements into practical, maintainable, and high-quality solution designs - Own end-to-end technical solutioning across Salesforce clouds, custom development, integrations, data, security, and automation - Provide hands-on leadership to development and delivery teams across the project lifecycle - Guide implementation teams on best practices for configuration, customization, code quality, release management, and deployment - Drive technical and functional discussions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams - Ensure alignment between solution architecture and business objectives, timeline, and delivery quality - Design enterprise-grade integrations and data flows across Salesforce and external systems - Establish and support DevOps processes, including branching strategy, CI/CD, release governance, code review, and environment management - Mentor team members and help build architectural, technical, and consulting capability within the team - Troubleshoot complex platform and solution issues and provide structured resolution strategies - Contribute to delivery excellence, reusable accelerators, internal best practices, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications - Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and end-to-end implementation delivery - Proven experience designing and implementing large Salesforce solutions in enterprise or complex mid-market environments - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices - Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce development and configuration, including: - Service Cloud - Public Sector Solutions - Field Service - Agentforce - Experience leading cross-functional teams and owning delivery outcomes - Good understanding of Salesforce DevOps processes and tools, including version control, CI/CD, deployment planning, and release management - Broad knowledge of software architecture, including application design patterns, integration architecture, data architecture, and enterprise systems thinking - Experience with integration patterns, APIs, middleware concepts, and data migration strategies - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, leadership, and delivery teams - A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability - Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate, mentor, and build trust across teams - Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in Salesforce consulting or client-facing delivery roles - Experience in one or more of the following domains is a plus: - Public Sector - Health & Life Sciences - Revenue Lifecycle Management - Familiarity with enterprise architecture and governance practices - Experience working with hybrid/onshore-offshore delivery teams Certifications We value candidates with strong Salesforce credentials. The following certifications are highly desirable: - Salesforce Certified Application Architect - Salesforce Certified System Architect - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a major plus, but not required.
