The Legal Advocate will manage and oversee legal affairs, provide legal counsel, draft and review contractual agreements, and negotiate terms on behalf of the organization. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and addressing other legal matters that affect the hospital's operations.Qualifications- Proven expertise in Law and providing sound Legal Advice - Experience with drafting, reviewing, and managing Contractual Agreements - Skill in handling Legal Affairs and ensuring regulatory compliance - Strong Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Keen attention to detail and a commitment to ethical practices - Prior experience in healthcare or hospital legal operations is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or relevant legal qualification; a master’s degree is preferred
