Immediate hiring for Sales consultants for ARIPL Developers with experience of 1 to 8 years in Real Estate Industry. Qualification- Any graduate / MBA Roles and Responsibilities - 1. Building and maintaining relationship with potential customers for real estate as well as the developer's team. 2. Doing the primary research on the market and keeping the sales team updated on internal knowledge. 3. Presenting the projects to clients and negotiating with the clients as well as real estate developers. 4. Helping the customers with documentation of loans and other papers for agreement. 5. Responsible for selling Real Estate in Commercial and Residential. 6. Maintaining Strong Relationships with Developers, Real estate corporates, third-party Channels, New and Existing Clients 7. Responsible for Revenue Maximization, and lead generation with the support from marketing team through various digital Campaigns. 8. Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share. 9.
