Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PGT Foundation Classes - Chemistry teacher at New Era Public School, located in Kosli. The role involves developing and delivering structured lesson plans, conducting laboratory experiments, and ensuring the overall understanding of key Chemistry concepts for students. The teacher will also participate in designing assessments, providing constructive feedback, mentoring students, and contributing to an engaging and stimulating learning environment. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Chemistry with the ability to teach foundational and advanced concepts - Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and familiarity with safety protocols in a school setting - Exceptional Analytical Skills coupled with the ability to develop and assess problem-solving approaches - Strong Communication skills to effectively deliver lessons and interact with students and parents - Experience or knowledge in Research and Development (R&D) related to Chemistry - Relevant teaching certification and a Master's degree in Chemistry or related field - Prior experience in teaching senior secondary classes is preferred - Passion for education and mentoring students for academic and personal growth
