Job Description

Hiring for Human Resource for Leading steel industry. Location: Odisha Exp: 8 to 16 years Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR (Regular) Responsibility: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring they support overall business goals. 2 Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent while adhering to equal employment opportunity principles. 3 Develop and implement performance. 4 Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies across the organization. 5 Manage HR administrative functions such as payroll, leave management, HRIS maintenance, and record-keeping. 6 Lead change management initiatives to facilitate organizational change, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process. 7 Utilize HR analytics to track key HR metrics, generate insights, and prepare reports for senior management, informing strategic decision-making. 8-Driving Employee engagement activities. 9- Talent Management 10- Life Cycle Management 11- Associate/ BPO Staff Management Contract Labour Management: 1. Provide Contract and contract labour Related Issue Resolution both internally & externally. 2. Monitor & complete contract close out, extention or renewal, as appropriate. 3. Manage Contractor related documentation & related record keepings as per statutory. Statutory Compliance: 1. Ensure proper compliance related to Contract labour EPF, ESIC, Bonus, wages & others as per statutory labour law norms 2. Ensure proper compliance of the record keeping as per the statutory requirements. 3. Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
