Safe Planet is expanding its sales team and is looking for high-performing Sales Closers who can convert inbound enquiries from the Australian market into confirmed customers. These are warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, where customers have already expressed interest in installing energy upgrades such as heat pumps, air conditioning systems, solar systems, or battery storage. What you’ll do: • Speak with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. • Educate customers about Safe Planet energy upgrade programs and government incentive schemes. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable energy upgrade solutions. • Guide customers through the process from enquiry to confirmed installation booking. • Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential customers. • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead conversion. What we’re looking for: • Strong spoken English communication skills. • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer support roles preferred. • Ability to build trust quickly and confidently handle customer conversations. • Comfortable working with international customers. * Base salary + performance incentives
