This position requires calling, system connect, and meeting enquiries/targets, with sales performance accounting for up to 75% of the key performance indicators. CS – Duties - Contact designated leads via calls. - Assess customer needs, present initial pitch, and schedule face-to-face or system meets. - Categorize leads in the system for future reference. - Conduct in-person scheduled meetings, delivering a precise presentation. - Address and resolve queries promptly. - Hand Holding, running Follow-ups where required. - Convert leads into customers, sync payments. - Coordinate with Operations/Admissions team for seamless customer transition. - Serve as a liaison between operations and customers throughout the process. - Conduct periodic customer check and relay feedback to operations. - Collect and update customer feedback in the system. - Generate and Record Customer References. Align with Management on such references. - Follow up on cold/future leads for conversion. - Ad hoc duties/alignments communicated time to time. CS – Responsibilities - To give correct, precise, and verified information to customers, never give out unsubstantiated information. - Understand this profile is the bridge between Company and Customer. Being available for customer queries would be your top priority. - Competition Information gathering, updating, and highlighting to management - Consult Management whenever in doubt. - Be Updated – on changes, new information, latest advancements, alignments, and the likes. - Always adhere to company policies, rules and updates communicated time to time - Meeting assigned targets, making sales pitch and conversion - Adhering to Customer Onboarding process - Nurturing & Handholding customers throughout Customer Life-cycle - Meet assigned targets - Communicate Process/Product/Customer Experience Enhancement & Improvement ideas - Additional & Addon responsibilities communicated from time to time. Basic Requirements: Education & Degree: Must be a Graduate Communication: - Good to Excellent English Communication – Understand, Speak and Write. - Should be Multilingual with Decent to Good Hindi and Bengali. - Well dressed, pleasing personality capable of effective communication with diverse audiences. Presentation: - Capable of making PowerPoint presentations both - in-person or online - Effectively address customer queries - Pleasing Telephonic Tone. Experience: · A minimum of 6 months of Direct Sales experience is preferred. · Freshers with exceptional English Communication & zeal for sales can apply · Expertise in the sale of High-end consumer goods (like Time Share products or Luxury Vehicles or High-ticket courses) will add additional weightage Compensation Expectations: · Annual Salary Package of upto 4.5Lakhs (depending on experience & background) · With the potential to make up to 2 Lakhs further in Incentives Annually.
