Job Summary: The Cluster Manager for the Retail EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) Channel will oversee the operations, performance, and growth of multiple stores within a designated cluster. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and lead a team of store managers to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: o Oversee daily operations across all stores within the cluster, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols. o Monitor store performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions when necessary. o Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and health and safety regulations. Sales and Profitability: o Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities. o Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. o Set and monitor sales targets for each store and ensure they are met or exceeded. Team Leadership and Development: o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and engagement. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching. o Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team. Customer Experience: o Ensure that all stores deliver a superior customer experience, aligning with the brand’s values and customer service standards. o Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. o Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service levels. Inventory and Merchandising: o Monitor inventory levels across the cluster and ensure optimal stock management to minimize shrinkage and wastage. o Work with the merchandising team to ensure that stores are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines. o Oversee the implementation of promotional displays and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for review by senior management. o Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market observations. Compliance and Audit: o Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations. o Conduct regular audits of store operations and take corrective actions where needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or a region. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additional Information: • Willingness to travel frequently between stores within the cluster.
