Hiring for Mechanical Manager for Kirandul Location. Exp - 6 to 15 years Function - Beneficiation/Slurry Pipeline Project Qualification - BE/B. Tech Mechanical Preferred candidates for Chhattisgarh Responsibilities - Mechanical works execution. ▪ Supervise and execute mechanical erection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for project facilities; ensure adherence to engineering standards and timelines. Estimation, Planning ▪ Prepare cost estimates, resource plans, and schedules for mechanical works; monitor progress against project milestones; optimize manpower and material utilization. Health, Safety & Environment ▪ Ensure compliance with HSE standards; conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and audits; promote a safety-first culture among teams and contractors. Training ▪ Identify skill gaps; organize training sessions for engineers, supervisors, and contract manpower; mentor team members to enhance technical and safety competencies.
