The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands client servicing dynamics, and can balance creativity with performance-driven results. Key Responsibilities - Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts - Create monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines - Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, short-form videos) - Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution - Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) - Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant - Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and ROI - Prepare client reports (weekly/monthly) with insights and performance recommendations - Handle client communication for approvals, feedback, and strategy discussions - Build and manage online communities for client brands Required Skills & Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred) - Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content formats - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools - Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and ad copies - Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines Preferred Skills - Experience handling influencer collaborations - Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content - Understanding of branding and content storytelling - Exposure to B2B and B2C campaign management Key Competencies - Client-centric approach - Creative thinking with analytical mindset - Time management & multitasking - Attention to detail - Team collaboration
