Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced candidate to supervise and control day-to-day opencast mining operations while ensuring strict compliance with DGMS regulations, safety standards and approved mining plans. Key Responsibilities: • Supervision of drilling, blasting, excavation, loading and hauling operations • Ensure safe and productive deployment of HEMM and manpower • Conduct toolbox talks, workplace inspections and safety briefings • Maintain pit discipline, traffic management and housekeeping • Monitor ore quality, bench parameters and environmental controls • Prepare shift reports, production data and safety records Qualification & Experience: Diploma/ Degree in Mining Engineering Foreman Certificate of Competency is mandatory 4- 9 years of experience in opencast mining operations Key Skills: • Mine safety & statutory compliance • Strong pit supervision and manpower handling • Knowledge of HEMM operations • Safety-first approach with good reporting skills
