The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new home construction projects, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure, while coordinating with internal technical teams to deliver customized home construction solutions. 1. Sales strategies and Execution: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the - home construction market within the Vijayawada (Amaravati) region. - Generate leads through multiple channels, including referrals, brokers, architects, and digital platforms. - Manage the complete sales cycle from initial client inquiry to project closure. - Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and proposal discussions. - Negotiate terms and successfully close residential construction projects. - Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 2. Client & Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions to understand client needs. - Provide suitable home construction solutions based on client requirements and budgets. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales stage. - Ensure excellent customer experience through timely communication and professional support. 3. Technical Team Coordination: - Work closely with the technical and design teams to develop customised proposals and project plans. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated. - Facilitate smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team. - Support the sales team with a basic understanding of construction processes when required. 4. Market Research Analysis: - Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the Vijayawada market. - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new opportunities. - Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to improve sales strategies. - Provide market intelligence and strategic inputs to management. 5. Sales Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details. - Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, sales forecasts, and conversion metrics. - Update CRM systems with lead information and sales progress. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve sales performance. Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred. Experience: - Minimum 6–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or home construction industry. - Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
