Job Title

You will be responsible for end-to-end creation of high-performing static and video assets that drive qualified solar leads in the US market. From high-converting Facebook ad creatives to educational YouTube explainer videos, you will own the creative process from concept to execution while integrating AI tools to increase production efficiency and creative experimentation. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you self-manage deadlines, optimize based on performance data, and maintain high-quality standards. Requirements ● 4 + years of professional graphic and video design experience ● Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work ● Experience creating performance marketing creatives and not just aesthetic branding work Technical Skills ● Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects ● Proficient in Canva ● Strong understanding of aspect ratios, platform specifications, and ad-first design AI Proficiency ● Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative workflows ● Ability to leverage AI for ideation, scripting, visual generation, and video production ● Comfortable experimenting with new AI platforms to improve output and efficiency Excellent communication skills are required.
