We are looking for a confident, results-driven sales development representative to support outbound business development for international markets.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to prospective Healthcare clients in the US.Identify and connect with decision-makers from target companies.Explain company services clearly and confidently over the phone.Qualify leads based on business needs and interest level.Book discovery calls or pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.Maintain and update call records and prospect details in CRM.Follow up with prospects when required.Meet daily and weekly outreach and lead qualification targets.Coordinate with the team lead to improve scripts, objection handling, and conversion rates.Requirements:2+ years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales.Strong spoken English and confident phone presence.Experience speaking with international or US-based prospects preferred.Comfortable handling objections and speaking with decision-makers.Experience using CRM tools like Pipedrive, Apollo or similar.Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated with good organizational and follow-up skills.Experience in IT services, custom software, SaaS, or digital agency sales is a plus.Willingness to work in night shifts.How to Apply:Please complete this mandatory step:Go to here to apply: Prompt: Pretend you are calling a US Hospital IT Director who has never heard of Techno Exponent.
