We Are Hiring BM Secured Loan Against Property LAP In Kharar Punjab Job Title Branch Manager - Loan Against Property LAP Location Punjab Department Secured Lending Retail Banking Reporting To Zonal Head Regional Manager Experience 5-10 years in LAP or Secured Loans adjust as needed Key Responsibilities Lead and manage branch operations related to Loan Against Property LAP Achieve monthly and annual disbursement and revenue targets Source LAP business through direct channels DSA connectors and builders Ensure compliance with credit policy and prudent underwriting standards Coordinate with credit legal and technical teams for seamless processing Monitor portfolio performance and ensure healthy collections and minimal NPAs Build and manage relationships with high-value customers and channel partners Recruit train and manage branch staff and sales executives Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management on branch performance Ensure excellent customer service and address grievance redressals promptly Qualifications Graduate Postgraduate in Finance Business or related field Minimum 5 years experience in LAP or Secured Loan business Proven leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of LAP products credit policies and local markets Good communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and loan management systems
