Position PurposeThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline development for GridCrest Technologies across electronics manufacturing, hardware, firmware, software development, product design, engineering, and managed services functions.The role ensures the organisation attracts, evaluates and hires high-quality engineering and technical talent aligned with business growth objectives while supporting onboarding, learning coordination, and employee integration initiatives within the HR function.2. Educational QualificationThe incumbent must possess one of the following:- Engineering Graduate with HR Certification(preferred).3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.- Translate business requirements into structured recruitment strategies and timelines.- Maintain talent pipelines for critical engineering and technology roles.- Support HR leadership in workforce planning initiatives.B. Onboarding & Induction Support- Coordinate new employee onboarding and induction programs.- Ensure completion of technical orientation, compliance and safety training for new hires.- Maintain induction documentation and feedback records.F. Learning & Development Coordination (Support Role)- Coordinate training programs in collaboration with internal SMEs and external trainers.- Maintain training schedules and learning calendars.- Assist in compilation of training needs identification (TNI/TNA) inputs.- Support development of basic training materials and learning content where required.G. Recruitment Vendor & Partner Management- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and talent sourcing partners.- Manage vendor documentation including proposals, agreements, performance feedback and invoices.- Ensure quality delivery and adherence to recruitment timelines.H. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting- Track recruitment performance metrics including time to hire, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance ratio.- Prepare monthly recruitment dashboards and HR reports for management review.- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation for internal audits and compliance.5.
