The role involves sourcing loan cases, managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Source Home Loan and LAP (Near Prime) cases through DSA, connectors, and open market channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners, brokers, and referral networks . Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets . Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement. Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-disbursement support. Required Qualifications Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales . Experience in DSA or channel partner management preferred.
