Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a strong background in US staffing and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for direct clients, MSP programs, and implementation partners in the United States. This is a remote opportunity for the right candidate based in India who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in the US market. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases. Screen and evaluate candidates through phone and video interviews. Understand technical job requirements and match candidates accordingly. Work with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand hiring needs. Submit qualified candidates to direct clients, MSPs, and vendor portals. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations. Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure compliance with US employment standards and documentation requirements. Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong experience working with MSP/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, etc. Proven experience recruiting for IT roles such as Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work US shift hours and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with direct clients, Fortune 500 companies, or government/state clients in the US. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
