We hiring for them: Job Description - ERPNext Developer Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Location: Rohisa Plant Department: IT / Digital Transformation Role Summary We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer responsible for implementation, customization, integration, and maintenance of the ERPNext system across departments such as Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Quality. The candidate will streamline business processes and ensure accurate data flow across the organization. Key Responsibilities: ERP Development & Customization Customize ERPNext modules as per business workflow requirements Develop custom scripts, reports, print formats, and dashboards Create new DocTypes, forms, and automation workflows Implement role-based access controls and approval hierarchies Implementation & Support Handle ERPNext installation, configuration, and upgrades Provide user training and functional support to departments Troubleshoot system issues and ensure minimal downtime Maintain data integrity and system performance Integration & Automation Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems (barcode, API, machines, etc.) Automate production, QC, inventory, and dispatch processes Develop REST API integrations and background jobs Database & Performance Optimize MariaDB queries and database performance Manage backups, migrations, and system security Monitor server logs and performance metrics Technical Skills Required Strong experience in ERPNext / Frappe Framework Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS REST API integration MariaDB / MySQL database management Linux server handling (Ubuntu preferred) Git version control Understanding of Manufacturing & Inventory workflows Preferred Experience Experience in Manufacturing / Medical Device / Pharma company ERP Knowledge of GST, E-invoice, and statutory compliance in ERP Barcode & warehouse automation implementation Performance tuning and production planning module configuration Soft Skills Strong analytical & problem-solving ability Process-oriented thinking Ability to interact with non-technical users Documentation and training capability Education B.E / B.Tech (IT / Computer) / MCA / Equivalent Key Deliverables Fully functional ERPNext system aligned with company processes Automation of manual operations Accurate real-time reporting & dashboards Improved operational efficiency across departments If your profile is matching & you are interested for this requirement, please share your updated resume with details of your present salary, expectations & notice period.
