This role would drive the cause of hiring exceptional talent at the right time & cost by effectively leveraging a mix of talent-sourcing channels.What you’ll do :Responsible for delivering high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process in an expedient mannerManage sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and recommending qualified candidates for assigned requisitionsConduct regular follow-up meetings with managers and business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationActively develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needsUtilize creative and cost-effective sourcing strategiesStay informed of trends and innovative recruiting/interviewing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practicesWork with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to candidatesWork with the P&C Wellbeing Partner and BU/Function Lead(er)s to develop a strategy that builds proactive talent networkInfuse technology and operational improvements throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle that improve key recruiting metrics and drive business resultsWho we’re looking for:4-8 years of full cycle recruiting experience.Demonstrated ability with and interest in recruiting for a diverse spectrum of positionsExcellent track record of building proactive candidate sourcing strategiesExperience working in an environment that embraces technology, including previous experience managing/implementing recruiting applications/social media and other recruiting toolsExperience in salary negotiations with candidatesStrong team player; the ability to work closely with the broader recruiting team members and hiring managersMust have a "solutions-focus", being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quicklyDemonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality as well as quantity of candidates and hiresEffective sourcing skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary.
