We work extensively on Vue.Js and cutting-edge frontend technologies to build seamless web applications.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage both Social Media Marketing and Paid Ads. The core focus will be on Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with basic SMM skills.Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads.- Create customer acquisition strategies aimed at driving measurable business results and enhancing lead generation efforts.- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimize Cost per Acquisition (CPA).- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads to track performance and generate insights.- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign outcomes continuously.- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to high-performing channels.- Adjust budgets in real-time based on campaign performance and market conditions to maximize ROI.- Work with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with messaging, target audiences, and goals.- Partner with the SEO team to improve the overall digital marketing strategy by balancing paid and organic efforts.- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities for growth.- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new growth strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduation is mandatory.- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing.- Strong skills Google Ads is must.- Basic understanding of social media marketing and platform analytics.- Prior agency experience is a strong plus.- Ability to analyse data and improve campaign performance.- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
