MEP Job Title Assistant Manager - MEP Grade M0 SBU KEC-Civil Business Civil Location Balco Korba Date Reporting to People Management Yes No Yes Number of Reportees JOB DUTIES Job Summary Assistant Manager - MEP Key Accountabilities Duty Statements Project Management Oversee all MEP-related aspects of construction projects from design through to completion Coordinate with project managers architects and engineers to integrate MEP systems with overall project plans Develop and manage MEP project budgets schedules and resources Design and Planning Review and approve MEP system designs and specifications Ensure designs comply with local codes regulations and industry standards Collaborate with design teams to resolve design issues and optimize system performance Installation and Coordination Supervise the installation and commissioning of MEP systems Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams to ensure timely and efficient installation Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the installation process Quality Assurance and Compliance Conduct regular inspections to ensure MEP systems meet quality and safety standards Ensure all work complies with relevant codes standards and regulations Address and resolve any non-compliance issues or discrepancies Maintenance and Support Oversee the maintenance and repair of MEP systems as required Provide technical support and guidance to facility management teams Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for MEP systems Maintain accurate records of MEP system installations inspections and maintenance Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management Document and track project changes and updates Manage and mentor MEP team members and subcontractors Facilitate training and development opportunities for the team Foster a collaborative and productive work environment Skill Competencies Technical Planning Skill Strategic planning and decision makingam Management Functional PM Software savvy Behavioural Project Planning and Execution Site Coordination Supervision and planning JOB SPECIFICATIONS Years of Experience 11 To 13 Years Qualification Graduation Special Requirements If any Competencies Project Management Planning Orientation Fullfillment of Contractual Obligations Analytical Mindset Drawings and Standards Vendor Management Design Softwares MEP Systems
