We are looking for a strong Program Manager to build and scale our benefits ecosystem across lounges, hotels, salons, gyms, diagnostics, wellness, entertainment, and more. The role involves end-to-end partner acquisition, commercial negotiation, benefit program creation for banks, and driving seamless onboarding, go-live, and performance tracking on our platform.Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard pan-India partners (hospitality, wellness, fitness, entertainment, diagnostics, co-working, lifestyle).- Own the partnership lifecycle: lead generation → pitch → negotiation → contracting → onboarding → go-live.- Design benefit programs and value propositions for banks across different card segments.- Coordinate with product, tech, and operations teams for smooth enablement.- Manage merchant training, SOPs, reporting, settlements, and performance metrics.- Track usage, redemptions, partner performance, and P&L impact;present insights to leadership/bank teams.- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, aggregators, and financial institutions.Skills & Experience- 5+ years in Partnerships, Alliances, Merchant Acquisition, Loyalty/Rewards, Category Management, or Program Management.- Strong negotiation, contracting, and commercial structuring skills.- Ability to build high-value, scalable benefit programs.- Experience working with multi-outlet chains or pan-India merchant networks.- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical reporting capabilities.Preferred Industry Background- Loyalty, fintech, rewards, offers, aggregator platforms- (e.G., Gyftr, EazyDiner, Times Prime, Nearbuy, Cred, fintech partnerships teams)
