Job Description- Key Responsibilities:- PoSP Recruitment & Onboarding:- Hire new PoSPs to associate with the company and bring in new customers for insurance products.- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of PoSPs, providing them with necessary product knowledge and tools to succeed.- Training & Development:- Provide training to all PoSPs on the various products offered by the company, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and support customers.- Keep PoSPs updated on new products, regulatory changes, and market trends.- Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with PoSPs, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business goals.- Engage with PoSPs regularly to help them explore new avenues for income generation and business development.- Collaboration with Insurers:- Work closely with insurers to ensure smooth business operations and address any queries or issues raised by PoSPs.- Coordinate with insurers to ensure PoSPs receive the necessary support and information to sell effectively.- Achieving Business Goals:- Ensure the PoSPs meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives set by the company.- Monitor PoSP performance and provide guidance and motivation to drive business growth.- Sales Support & Coordination:- Collaborate with the sales support and backend teams to ensure smooth functioning of the PoSP onboarding and operational processes.- Ensure that all processes and systems are working efficiently to support PoSPs.- Market & Regulatory Awareness:- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry news to inform business strategies and PoSP engagement.- Ensure PoSPs are compliant with all company policies and regulatory requirements.- Policy Compliance:- Ensure PoSPs adhere to the company policies and guidelines at all times.- Regularly review policies with PoSPs to ensure alignment with company standards.
