At Mounting Backend Services, we foster a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and inclusivity, ensuring that our employees thrive while contributing to meaningful projects.Job Title: Senior Technical / GTM Recruiter – LinkedIn HeadhunterLocation: Chandigarh / Mohali (On-site)Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹64,000 per month (based on experience and skills) + bonuses andincentivesAbout the RoleMounting Backend Services is hiring a Senior Technical / GTM Recruiter with strong LinkedInRecruiter sourcing experience to help build candidate pipelines for global technology startups.This role focuses on proactive headhunting and engaging passive candidates , not jobpostings or inbound applicants.You will recruit for technical and GTM roles across international markets and work closely withfounders and hiring managers.This role is part of a pilot project to expand our recruiting operations in Chandigarh . Ourrecruiting business has been operating since 2020 , working with 50–70 clients globally acrossthe US, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, and Israel .If successful, you will have the opportunity to grow into a Lead Recruiter or RecruitmentManager and build your own team locally.Core Responsibilities• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (primary sourcing tool)• Build candidate pipelines using advanced Boolean search and targeted sourcingstrategies• Conduct screening calls and video interviews with technical and GTM candidates• Prepare structured candidate summaries and submissions for clients• Manage candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and follow-ups• Gradually participate in client communication and hiring discussionsRoles You Will Recruit ForTechnical Roles• Software Engineers (Backend / Full-Stack / Distributed Systems)• AI / Machine Learning Engineers• DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Engineers• Engineering Managers / Tech LeadsGTM Roles• Sales / Business Development• Growth and Marketing• Customer Success• Revenue / GTM leadership rolesRequired Experience• 2–5 years of hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter• Strong experience building Boolean search strings and sourcing passive candidates• Experience recruiting for technical or GTM roles• Experience conducting candidate screening calls and video interviews• Excellent English communication skills to interview candidates and work with global clientsCompensation• Base salary: ₹31,000 – ₹64,000 per month depending on experience• Incentives for candidate submissions that lead to interviews (for certain clients) startingfrom INR 2,000.• Placement incentives ranging from $50 – $1,000 per successful hire.• Additional bonuses based on performanceOvertimeOvertime may be available depending on workload, applicable only if you choose to workovertime.
