Objectives of the Role:- Responsible for driving Mutual Fund Sales through Banks, IFAs, Wealth counters and National Distributors & Direct Clients- Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for DSPAM- Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain.- Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business- Build long term core assets through incremental net sales- Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions.- Execute the sales plans and meet the set targetsSkills Required:- Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry- Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)- Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident- NISM VA certified or can complete certification before joiningYears of Experience:- Candidate with 3+ years of experience.Qualification:- Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree#J-18808-Ljbffr
