We are seeking a responsible skilled and proactive Project Site Manager to join our team at Nirvaana Hills a 200 acre sustainable farmland community nestled amidst forests and hills The ideal candidate will oversee on-site construction and development activities coordinate with vendors manage teams and ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and up to quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities ensuring work progresses as per approved drawings and timelines Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of civil electrical plumbing and landscaping works Handle daily labor management allocating work maintaining discipline and ensuring productivity on-site Monitor project progress prepare daily weekly reports and update the management on milestones and issues Ensure adherence to quality standards safety norms and environmental guidelines during execution Verify and manage procurement of materials maintain stock and consumption records Coordinate with the design and planning teams for layout approvals and on-site modifications Manage external agencies and service providers for site utilities logistics and infrastructure work Ensure site cleanliness safety compliance and proper maintenance of tools machinery and equipment Take full responsibility for site operations from planning to handover Requirement Bachelor s Diploma degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field Minimum 2-3 years of on-site experience in real estate infrastructure or farm villa development projects Strong understanding of construction techniques materials and site supervision Ability to manage multiple teams labor vendors contractors efficiently Proficient in reading technical drawings BOQs and site layout plans Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills Must be willing to stay or travel frequently to the site approx 2 hrs from Gurgaon Preferred Traits Experience in eco-friendly or sustainable construction projects Knowledge of local building codes permits and safety standards Good eye for detail and finish quality Self-motivated disciplined and accountable for project outcomes What We Offer Competitive salary 4LPA - 5LPA Opportunity to lead construction for a unique nature-integrated real estate project Exposure to sustainable development practices and innovative project execution Autonomy and ownership in managing end-to-end site operations Collaborative work environment with growth and learning opportunities Note Preference to local candidates will be considered Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Work Location In person
