Job summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects in the institutional and residential sectors The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resources and ensure their successful execution from initiation to completion Team Leadership Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams ensuring effective collaboration and communication to achieve project objectives Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns Quality Assurance Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards regulations and quality control measures Software Proficiency MS Project Key Requirements Experience 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry particularly in the institutional and residential sectors Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering B Tech B E or a relevant field A Master s degree is advantageous Job Type Full-time Pay - per month
