This role requires strong client engagement, cross-functional leadership, and deep understanding of retail planning, merchandising, and promotion workflows. The ideal candidate will drive successful project execution while ensuring high customer satisfaction and business value realization.About the roleProject Delivery & Execution- Lead end-to-end implementation of retail and promotion management solutions for enterprise customers.- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule commitments.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.- Drive solution deployment including configuration, integration, testing, and production rollout.Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management- Serve as primary point of contact for customers during implementation lifecycle.- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, solution design discussions, and business process alignment.- Build strong executive and operational relationships with client stakeholders.- Provide regular project status updates, escalations, and performance reporting.Retail & Promotion Domain Leadership- Translate retail business requirements into functional and technical project deliverables.- Support implementation of promotion planning, pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and merchandising workflows.- Provide best practices and consulting guidance aligned with retail industry standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Coordinate with product, engineering, data, and support teams to ensure successful delivery.- Manage third-party vendors and integration partners where applicable.- Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities.Process & Continuous Improvement- Establish delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and documentation standards.- Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency and customer experience.- Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and knowledge base development.About you- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.- 10+ years of project management experience in enterprise software or Professional Services environment.- Strong client-facing experience managing large retail customers.- Proven experience delivering retail, merchandising, pricing, or promotion solutions.- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with retail analytics, AI-driven promotion planning, or demand forecasting solutions.- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, or SaaS implementations.- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred.- Experience working with global delivery teams.Key Success Attributes- Strong leadership and problem-solving mindset- Customer-focused and consultative approach- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Ability to operate in fast-paced, client-driven environmentsAbout Us:What We Offer- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Flexible hybrid working model.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Access to the latest technologies and tools.- Opportunity to make a tangible impact on cutting-edge Retail/ CPG AI solutions.
