Overview:As a RealPage PEX Project Manager, you will provide leadership and project management for key initiatives, both internal and external, to drive increased productivity and efficiency across the end-to-end processes and ensure maximum client experience associated with RealPage deliverables. Responsibilities:- Facilitate and drive meetings to ascertain the right transformation projects within Delivery functions mentioned above.- Compute ROI, prioritizations, or transformation initiatives, socialize, obtain buy-in & approval from all stakeholders.- Ensure that external and internal stakeholders are fully aligned before any project is initiated, delivered and managed.- Host project meetings with stakeholders to keep them up to date on milestones and overall project status- Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges- Create communication plans and processes- Execute transformation initiatives with the cross-functional transformation teams on time, schedule, and budgets.- Analyse all applicable data and report on metrics/KPI’s before and after transformations through reports for Leadership.- Facilitate communication with leadership and other key strategy stakeholders, including regular reports and strategy progress meetings- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions- Develop promote and maintain standards and tools for portfolio project management, with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope- Possess a thoughtful leadership mindset- Operate tactfully and effectively- Drive effective Change management with all stakeholders on scope, risks, mitigation plans, timelines.- Collaborate with product teams, EIS, IT and subject matter experts to drive delivery of projectsQualifications:- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.- Bachelor’s Degree required, major in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Management, or similar field preferred- Minimum of 8 years experience in an IT Project Management role; may come from one of several backgrounds in IT management, business unit management or consulting- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively within the team and organization- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution preferred- Experience with both enterprise software and infrastructure implementations preferred- Knowledge of Salesforce and JIRA preferred
