Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to support the hospital s quality assurance and accreditation processes The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards monitoring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and service delivery Key Responsibilities Assist in planning implementing and maintaining quality improvement programs across departments Ensure compliance with NABH NABL JCI and other healthcare accreditation standards Monitor and audit hospital processes clinical documentation and SOP adherence Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on quality standards and patient safety Collect and analyze data to track Key Performance Indicators KPIs and quality metrics Support Root Cause Analysis RCA and Corrective Preventive Action CAPA plans Coordinate internal audits and facilitate external audits accreditation visits Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to resolve quality-related issues Skills Competencies Strong understanding of hospital quality standards and accreditation requirements Excellent analytical and documentation skills Effective communication training and coordination abilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and hospital quality management systems Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Work Location In person
