Job Title Loading Supervisor Department Logistics Warehouse Operations Location Arti Steel Khuntuni Must Have 2 wheeler with license Accommodation free Preferred Male Candidates Only Job Summary The Loading Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the loading and unloading of goods ensuring proper handling timely dispatch and adherence to safety and quality standards The role involves managing a team of loaders helpers monitoring vehicle placement and ensuring accurate documentation for smooth operations Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily loading and unloading activities Allocate manpower and resources effectively to ensure timely dispatch of goods Verify loading plans vehicle placement and stacking of goods as per company standards Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize damage and loss Maintain coordination between warehouse staff drivers and dispatch team Check and verify invoices challans and loading slips before dispatch Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Operations Manager Ensure compliance with safety norms housekeeping and operational SOPs Train and guide loaders helpers to improve efficiency and productivity Prepare daily reports on loading unloading activities and submit to management Key Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of warehouse logistics operations Good communication and coordination abilities Basic computer skills MS Office ERP WMS preferred Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of safety standards in material handling Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 000 00 - per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
