Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to drive Edantra s adoption across schools building strong relationships with school administrators explaining the value of our platform and helping institutions transform how they communicate Key Responsibilities Identify and approach schools principals and management committees to present Edantra Deliver product demos showcasing how Edantra solves communication gaps vs WhatsApp ERP or white-labeled apps Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders principals teachers school admins Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for school enrollments Gather market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategy Work closely with the marketing and customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding Maintain accurate reports of visits leads conversions and pipeline Key Skills Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills English Hindi and Assamese preferred Confidence in approaching school management and decision-makers Ability to explain technology simply to non-technical stakeholders Passion for Empowering Education and improving student outcomes Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Basic knowledge of MS Office Google Workspace Excel Docs Slides Prior experience in sales education or in Education is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Benefits Commuter assistance Paid time off Work Location In person
