Female Telecaller - AFC Store Building Materials Paints Division Location Barahguda near Food Park Bargarh Company AFC Store Job Type Full-time Preferred Candidate Female About AFC Store AFC Store is a leading retailer of building materials paints plumbing electrical and hardware products in Western Odisha We are expanding our customer support and paint division team at our Barahguda branch and are looking for a Female Telecaller to assist with customer communication and sales coordination The Female Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls manage customer inquiries and support the sales team in generating and following up on leads The ideal candidate should have a pleasant voice good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customers Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for sales follow-ups and product promotions Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally Share product details offers and quotations through calls and WhatsApp Maintain and update customer records regularly Coordinate with the sales and store team for order processing Prepare and maintain daily call and lead reports Requirements Education Minimum 10 2 or Graduate any stream Experience 0-2 years freshers welcome experience in telecalling preferred Skills Good communication and polite behavior Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge Confident punctual and customer-friendly attitude Languages Odia Hindi English preferred but not mandatory Job Details Salary 6 500 - 8 500 per month Working Hours 8 30 AM - 7 00 PM Location AFC Store Barahguda near Food Park Bargarh Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 6 500 00 - 8 500 00 per month Work Location In person
