Role DescriptionThis is a full-time position for a Visa Counsellor located on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Visa Counsellor will assist clients in understanding visa processes, provide guidance on documentation requirements, and support applicants throughout the application process. Responsibilities include evaluating eligibility for various visa programs, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Additionally, the Visa Counsellor will address client queries, provide personalized recommendations, and facilitate end-to-end case management to ensure a smooth visa application experience.Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills- Knowledge of visa regulations, immigration policies, and legal procedures- Attention to detail and organization for accurate document preparation and review- Proficiency with relevant computer systems and office applications- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client cases- Relevant experience or educational background in immigration consultancy, law, or a related field preferred
