TGT English Position Title TGT - English Department Academics Location Bihar Reports to Academic Coordinator Principal Employment Type Full-time Experience Required 2-3 years in a similar teaching role Qualification Any Associate Degree preferably with English as a subject Salary Range 30 000 - 40 000 per month Key Responsibilities 1 Academic Delivery Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines Foster language development through reading writing listening and speaking activities Prepare lesson plans worksheets and learning materials Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance Maintain an effective and positive learning environment in the classroom 2 Student Development Encourage critical thinking creativity and confidence in communication Identify learning gaps and provide additional academic support as needed Maintain discipline decorum and student motivation 3 Administrative Responsibilities Maintain student records attendance and progress reports Participate in staff meetings workshops and school events Assist in exam invigilation and other administrative duties assigned by the management 4 Communication Coordination Communicate regularly with parents and guardians on student progress Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and co-curricular activities Participate in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills Skills Attributes Strong command of English spoken and written Effective classroom management and communication skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students Adaptability punctuality and a positive attitude Basic computer literacy for lesson preparation and reporting Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Work Location In person
